1. Scope & Nature of Pre-Orders
These Pre-Order Terms & Conditions apply to all products designated or communicated as pre-order items on the THR9VE website.
Pre-order products are not held in stock at the time of purchase. By placing a pre-order, you enter into a binding purchase agreement for goods that will be produced and delivered at a later stage.
By completing a pre-order, you expressly acknowledge that:
the product is purchased in advance of production or availability;
delivery will occur after production is completed;
the transaction is valid and binding at the time of purchase.
2. Estimated Delivery Time & No Guaranteed Dates
Pre-order items are expected to ship approximately 6–8 weeks after purchase.
This shipping window represents a good-faith estimate based on planned production and logistics timelines.
Any delivery timeframes communicated on the website, during checkout, or in confirmation emails are estimates only and provided for informational purposes.
THR9VE does not guarantee any fixed delivery date for pre-order items. Production timelines may vary due to manufacturing capacity, quality control, material sourcing, transportation, customs clearance, or other operational factors.
Reasonable delays are inherent to pre-order production models and do not constitute a breach of contract.
3. Customer Acknowledgement & Acceptance of Delay
By placing a pre-order, you explicitly confirm and agree that:
you understand the product is not in stock at the time of purchase;
you accept that delivery timelines are indicative and subject to change;
you waive any claims, chargebacks, or complaints arising solely from reasonable production or delivery delays;
delayed shipment alone does not entitle you to cancellation, compensation, damages, or refunds beyond mandatory statutory rights.
4. Order Processing & Payment
Payment for pre-order items is collected at the time of purchase.
By completing the checkout process, you authorize THR9VE to charge the full order amount immediately, even though delivery will take place at a later date.
Pre-orders are treated as confirmed orders and are processed once items are ready for dispatch.
5. Communication & Updates
THR9VE will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of significant updates relating to their pre-order via email. Failure to receive or read such communications does not affect the validity of the pre-order agreement.
6. Right of Withdrawal & Cancellations
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal begins on the day the goods are delivered, not on the date of purchase.
Prior to dispatch, pre-order items cannot be cancelled. Orders become binding at the time of purchase and may not be revoked before delivery, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
THR9VE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from pre-order delays;
THR9VE shall not be liable for losses resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier delays, transportation disruptions, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental actions;
THR9VE’s liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the purchase price of the affected pre-order item.
8. Force Majeure
THR9VE shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including force majeure events such as acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, supply chain interruptions, or regulatory actions.
9. Governing Law
These Pre-Order Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

These Pre-Order Terms & Conditions apply to all products marked or communicated as pre-order items on the THR9VE website. By placing a pre-order, you enter into a binding purchase agreement subject to these terms, in addition to the general Terms & Conditions.
2. Founding Member Pre-Order Terms
The following additional terms apply exclusively to Founding Members placing pre-orders:
Founding Member access is limited to the first 99 users and offered on a first-come basis.
Founding Members receive Founding Member Pricing in the form of a one-time 10% discount code, valid on the entire basket.
The Founding Member discount code is personal, non-transferable, and can be used once only.
Founding Members who place an order with a total basket value of CHF 120 or more will receive one complimentary Founding Member gift, subject to availability.
The Founding Member gift is limited to one per order, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and may be substituted with an item of equal value if availability requires.
Founding Member status does not guarantee product availability.
Prior to the drop, THR9VE will communicate via email with all Founding Members to provide full details on the pre-drop process and instructions on how to access Founding Member benefits.
By joining as a Founding Member, you agree to receive Founding Member and launch-related communications from THR9VE. You may unsubscribe at any time.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Pre-order items are expected to ship approximately 6 weeks after the pre-order date.
This timeframe is an estimated production and delivery window and may vary depending on manufacturing capacity, quality control, transportation, customs clearance, or other operational factors.
You acknowledge that delays of a reasonable duration are inherent to pre-order production models.
4. No Fixed Delivery Date
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, pre-orders do not have a fixed or guaranteed delivery date.
Delivery dates communicated on the website, checkout, confirmation emails, or marketing materials are indicative only.
5. Customer Acknowledgement
By completing a pre-order purchase, you explicitly confirm that:

You accept the estimated delivery timeline of approximately 6 weeks.
You waive any claims arising solely from reasonable delivery delays.
