These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the THR9VE website for physical products (apparel). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Products & Availability

All products offered are physical apparel items. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly from the delivered product.

Product availability is limited. Adding a product to the cart does not reserve it.

4. Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in the applicable currency based on the customer’s country and selected currency.

All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are shown during checkout.

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other available providers.

5. Pre-Order Terms

Certain products offered on the THR9VE website may be sold as pre-orders.

Pre-order items are not held in stock at the time of purchase and are produced after the order has been placed. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept that delivery will occur at a later date and that delivery timelines are estimated, not guaranteed.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the Pre-Order Terms & Conditions, the Pre-Order Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Pre-Order Information

• Some products are offered as pre-orders and are not available for immediate shipment.

• Estimated delivery timelines communicated on the website or at checkout are indicative only and may vary due to production, logistics, or other operational factors. THR9VE does not guarantee fixed delivery dates for pre-order items.

• Customers will be informed by email in the event of significant updates regarding their order.

• We ship to customers in Europe and Switzerland.

• Orders are processed once items are ready for dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier.

• Shipping originates from warehouses located in Austria and Switzerland.

7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please contact support@thr9ve.com.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

• Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is approved.

8. Warranty & Liability

Statutory warranty rights apply.

THR9VE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages unless required by mandatory law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) is the property of THR9VE or its partners and may not be used without prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
